Pilot Use & Safety

The short version: capture ordinary work safely, respect customer privacy, and review everything before it goes anywhere public.

Safe capture

  • Never hold or operate the phone while driving or operating equipment.
  • Stop safely, use a stationary mount, or ask another person to record.
  • Skip any prompt that is unsafe, disruptive, unavailable, or inappropriate.

Permission and privacy

  • Capture only work you are permitted to document.
  • Avoid people, addresses, license plates, paperwork, access codes, and private details.
  • Exact GPS and addresses stay private unless a later explicit public choice allows otherwise.
  • Tell Service Roo if permission changes or content must be removed.

Uploads and generated content

  • Uploads may pause or require file reselection after Safari or the browser closes.
  • Originals and working media remain private during this pilot.
  • Generated descriptions are drafts and must remain supported by real Job facts.
  • Approval and publication are separate; this pilot does not automatically post content.
